The document is supposed to be visually removed from inventory and added back at certain points in the cinematic, but isn't, because the Media Cue modifier isn't implemented

They trigger now but might be triggering incorrectly. The document goes from unstamped to stamped immediately, but I think it's supposed to trigger when it's either stamped or handed back.
