Hi @elastic/developer-docs 👋, can we get a review on this PR?

This is slated for release in 9.3, is it labeled correctly and is there anything else that we need to do?

Left some minor edits and fixed a few broken links. Unfortunately, the docs CI checks don't validate github.com links, so validation must be done manually.

@jmcarlock I actually need to add one more thing to the page - our applies to tags. These indicate to users when certain features become available and what information is relevant to them while they are on a specific version of the stack.
