Remove `elasticinframetrics` processor from default config

With the system_otel and kubernetes_otel we want to remove the elasticinframetrics processor from the EDOT default config files.

Target: 9.2

Sure @iamrajiv , please let me know if you need any help and review. The idea is to remove it from the collector's receivers and pipelines configuration.

hey @AlexanderWert @rogercoll just a quick update i went ahead and removed the elasticinframetrics processor from all the mentioned config files also double checked the pipelines and receivers sections to make sure it’s fully cleaned up let me know if i missed anything or if there’s anything you’d like me to adjust
