Hostname needs to be resolved to an IP #640

Specifying a hostname in the es.hosts parameter will confuse the comparison with the cluster nodes IP. Resolving the hostname to the IP though is tricky as the host can point to a public IP while the node itself might rely on a private IP. This should be solved through advertising but either way, reusing the information ES contains would make things simpler rather then just resolving the IP from the client side (which is easier though).
