Unit tests are culture dependent

When running the Nest.Tests.Unit on a computer that are installed with English OS but use Swedish culture settings some of the tests are failing because the decimal character in Sweden are comma but the test expect to be dot.

After setting the culture to en-us the test will all run correct.
