Parent-Child: Make score mode naming consistent #3026

The top_children, has_child, has_parent and nested query have score modes that define how the scores are pushed to the parent or child hits. All these queries have different parameter names for the score mode behaviour. These queries should all support score_mode in addition to the score mode parameter name already supported.
