Logging file name does not default to beat name #267

The documentation states that the logging::files::name defaults to the beat name.

[vagrant@cloud01-sr-ip ~]$ topbeat --version
topbeat version 1.0.0-rc1 (amd64)

[vagrant@cloud01-sr-ip ~]$ topbeat -test
Error initializing logging: File logging requires a name for the file names

[vagrant@cloud01-sr-ip ~]$ cat /etc/topbeat/topbeat.yml 
--- 
  topbeat: 
    input: 
      period: "10"
      procs: 
        - ".*"
  shipper: 
    name: cloud
    tags: 
      - digitalocean
  output: 
    elasticsearch:

Update CHANGELOG.md
Move #267 bugfix to rc1.
