[DOCS] Consider a widget to focus info in connector topic

This table contains a lot of disparate info -- I'd imagine a user would only want information about the specific connector type they're working with, and could get frustrated having to weed out info about the other types.

Seems like a "tabbed widget" could be a good format for this, or at least just breaking into smaller, more focused tables for each connector type.

Notes for self:

• Might model the widget after the widget in the Upgrade on Elastic Cloud | Perform the upgrade section.
• I might need to move Security docs content into a reference filed in the stack docs here and then include the tab widgets code here to make sure the widget renders. Will need to follow up with @kilfoyle for set-up details.
