Currently git deploys allow you to deploy by any valid identifier for a commit, however Mercurial deploys only allow deploying by branches or tags. This brings the two in line and now Mercurial users will no longer have to tag a commit just to deploy it.

This PR should support

# Branches
gondor deploy primary default

# Tags
gondor deploy primary v1.0

# Local Revision Numbers
gondor deploy primary 2

# SHA Hashes
gondor deploy primary f0deb90d5b80

Are there any known regressions with this? Does this require a newer version hg? Just want to make sure that before we include this these issues are known.

I know of no known regressions. A quick scan of the Mercurial changelog shows only one change to the identify command since 2006 which was to include remote bookmarks. No mention of adding it or any other changes so I assume it's been there since prior to 2006.
