[Bug]: unable to setup randomized voices

Describe the bug

I tried fixing another bug with using diffrent setting so i was deleting/recreating the config.toml file.
At some point i tried switching off randomized Voices and couldnt get further.

Reproduction Steps

didnt use default values for randomized voices

Expected behavior

Normal behaviour to the "True" or "False" expression
