Additional Information
When under GNU/Linux/Fedora/KDE, for example, "electron https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/file" is executed and the file selection dialog is started, the file selection is not reported back to the application. When the file selection dialog is confirmed, it appears as if no file has been selected. This prevents, for example, files from being selected or saved in "Signal Desktop".
