In the old cerbere, performing killall wingpanel would immediately restart wingpanel.

In this version, killall wingpanel kills BOTH wingpanel AND plank and they never restart.

Can you make killall wingpanel perform the old way?

Or does that defeat the purpose of this branch, since that's why they're restarting on shutdown sometimes in master? I'm conflicted about the new behavior.

@marlock9 Looks like it's blocked by the issue/s @codygarver mentioned.

Can they still be reproduced?

Edit: answered my own question, tested the patch locally and still is an issue.
However slightly different, SIGTERM to wingpanel doesn't kill plank yet wingpanel still isn't restarted.
