This repo contains code used for the following paper:

THe provided code (R) is in three folders:

/devmorph (analysin developmental morphology)

/devstate (analysing developmental state dynamics (including intrastate difference index methods)

/transcriptofig (analysing & plotting transcriptomic data)

In each case, analyses are performed by .Rmd files. These files include notes and comments to aid the reader. Relevant data is included in each folder.
