The classes and objects in ornl/elision/core now have the code needed for constructing the rewrite tree for the GUI to visualize. So the GUI is now able to produce useful visualizations from Elision input.

I've also added some modifications to the GUI code. There is now some color-coding in the tree visualization so that the user can tell apart nodes that actually represent Elision atoms from nodes used to self-document the tree structure. I've also made some changes to boost rendering performance, especially for large tree visualizations.

GUI rewrite tree construction is now integrated into the ornl/elision…
…/core library. So, the GUI now shows useful tree visualizations. I've also added some color coding into the tree visualization to differentiate between documentation nodes and nodes that actually represent Elision atoms. I've also made improvements to TreeSprite and Camera to boost rendering performance.
