Does not support ▷ ligature

When using Fira Code text in Sublime build 3156, all ligatures work except the right arrow ligature.

According to the Fira Code wiki:

This is an issue with your editor and how it handles tokenization/syntax highlighting. Nothing can be done in a font to work around that. Report your problem to the corresponding editor’s issue tracker.

It's an issue with the plugin. The syntax is not marking |> as a single operator, but as a keyword.operator.other.elixir followed by a keyword.operator.comparison.elixir. Because the two characters have different scopes, Sublime does not allow them to form a ligature. The syntax should be modified to match |> as a single operator with a single scope. This will fix the problem.

Probably not in the immediate future; I'm trying to get two package releases out before Christmas. It should be a simple fix for someone already familiar with the .tmLanguage.

Incidentally I found another ligature that also doesn't work - <- (e.g. with x <- list, do: xxx)
