A first version of the overview of national resources for RDM in France.

Hi @OlivierCollin!
The resources that you mention at the end (RDA-France, Recherche Data Gouv, HAL, Software Heritage and DORANum) could be added as metadata so they appear in the table?
Also, would be good to add a coordinator for the page, as a person responsible for it in the future.

Concerning the resources, yes it could definitely make sense but I was not sure how to proceed. I can take care of it. I guess I have to add the resources on the same model as dmp OPIDoR ?
I will also add me as a coordinator.
