There are two sources for the January 30, 1966 concert in Milan, Italy.
The one recognized in the New Desor is from a rare CD, "Teatro Lirico Milano"

It turns out that each of these two sources have titles missing from the other.
The New Desor and ellingtonia.com only list the titles on the CD.

Correction from BK:

Entry 66013008a is Ad Lib On Nippon. It is listed as a single title; elsewhere in the discography it is listed as

AD LIB ON NIPPON
1. Fugi
2. Igoo
3. Nagoya
4. Tokyo

with each of the four (sub)titles receiving their own index number, e.g. 66052010

So, 66013008a should be broken up and include 66013008b, 66013008c, and 66013008d.

Unfortunately, my list of titles below has two errors. I had listed Let's Do It and Sweet Georgia Brown as

*Let's Do It (RAI)
*Sweet Georgia Brown (RAI)

with one star indicating DEO only, e.g.
* Duke Ellington Orchestra

I should have listed those titles as
***Let's Do It (RAI)
***Sweet Georgia Brown (RAI

indicating that it was Ella and her rhythm section plus the DEO minus Duke, or
*** EFT + DEO
