In the interests of removing duplicate code & keeping modules relevant, but also expanding functionality as mentioned by @myself248 in #352, I propose we move the "emergency contact" & "emergency number" fields from the contact module/table to the member module/table, as they're more relevant to members, and it's possible to have a contact who's not a member. This would also make mods such as @FlinchyMcFlincherson's easier, as only the member module would have to be edited rather than member & contact
