Create a module that allows users to configure which email address should be used for which list. Administrators should be able to add and remove email lists and see reports of active member emails for each list.
The first step is to design how the interface will work. This should be discussed by a few people and sent to the mailing list for any final comments before coding begins.
After talking to Nate, we've discovered that google doesn't let you batch remove users.
One alternative would be to allow the user to upload a comma-separated list of users on a given list (from google group export) and return a list of members who need to be removed.
Maybe something like this:
Add a tab on the contact page with a table of email addresses for that contact.
Also add a main navigation tab to add or remove email lists (like the plan tab for members).
