Builder, Tracker, Tutorials off-line since yesterday

Not sure where to file this, but the eluaproject.net website has been down since yesterday. I noticed yesterday that it was down for a few hours and then came back up.

Is there an alternative to the web-based Builder that I can run locally from the sources?

For eluaproject.net, there's a very weird DNS issue that I wasn't able to fix. Try www.eluaproject.net instead, that should work.
