feat: Pick Eask-file by Emacs version, handle multiple Eask-files

Handle multiple Eask-files in a directory, this will allow following directory tree:

... other files
Eask.29.1      ; this will first be loaded if minor version is specified
Eask.29        ; only major version
Eask           ; default
