Added perf.dynamic_resources.
Attempts to restore bold italics in the wiki with formatting codes.
Change "embeddedt" form the Chinese wiki to "我(me)" for config screen.
Added other new entries incidentally.
Before being merged, I will continue to check whether this localization pr can be improved when I have time.
