The Ember Template Lint is now default in Ember v3.4 apps.
This PR sets up the project to use template lint and fix issues with some templates. It also upgrade Ember & CLI to the latest v3.4.x versions.
Note that I changed the default rule of quotes to single as many of the templates were using that pattern. I'm happy to change to double if preferred.
PR #256 should be merged before this to avoid git conflicts.
