Trivial change to leftover reference to generated 'states' directory in README #69

The README still referenced generating a states directory when running rails g ember:bootstrap. Replace it with reference to routes.

Sorry for the hassle of a PR, this is trivial, feel free to disregard it and make the change inline somewhere else. Just thought it was worth updating to avoid confusion for those just getting into Ember.
