SageMath-7.4 (Windows installer 0.1a4)
Fixed some very minor issues over the previous alpha release, including:
- Fixed shortcut links to contain the correct titles, and ensured that all shortcuts run correctly.
- Got rid of the sage-location run at first initialization--this is done now before the installer is built so that it does't need to be repeated post-installation.
