Feature request: add combination/concatenation support in wand.

Combine example: combine multiple PNG files into a PDF, each PNG file become a single page in the result PDF
convert input*.png output.pdf

Concatenation example: concatenate multiple PNG files into one PNG file
convert input*.png -append output.png

Method Image.append added. Although I'm now wondering if the common term append might be confusing for Python folks. Concatenate behavior may not be what folks expect if they are attempting Image.sequence.append.

FYI. I've opted to call the method Image.concat as not to confuse append behavior.
