  1. Splitted code into Android library and sample projects.
  2. Fix for no string values as tags.

At first glance i don't think this will work. Because if a view does not have a tag then tagObject(line 279) will be null and String.valuesOf()(line 280) will throw a NullPointerException. So check for null before doing String.valueOf()

No worries http://developer.android.com/reference/java/lang/String.html#valueOf(java.lang.Object)
will return the string "null" if value is null.

ah ok, sill me i googled for String.valueOf(null) and found that it does indeed throw an exception because it chooses the String.valueOf(char[]) overload but this does not as it will always choose the overload with object parameter.
