Disable bug creating on http://openstreetbugs.schokokeks.org/

Hi,

the page http://osmbugs.org/index.html has disabled the creation of new bugs and added a notice to use osm notes instead. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Notes

It would be cool, if the bug creation on http://openstreetbugs.schokokeks.org/ would be disabled to.

It's hard to fight the osm bugs on so many ticket systems.

I agree. There are several third party applications using the API to submit bugs as well, though. I was thinking about proxying submissions to OSM notes as well as replacing the website by some information about OSM notes.
But I did not get around implementing anything yet, pull requests are welcome!
