A characterisation technique-specific ontology for Focus Ion Beam - Digital Image Correlation (FIB-DIC) based on the CHAMEO ontology.
The FIB-DIC ontology is built with an alignment with CHAMEO and EMMO. The following table describes the version compatibility between those ontologies:
