open "editrealtime" - reports an error with chrome ...

Hello,
using current master - no private changes ...

if i open it with chrome it is telling me an error:

if i go to console, i see there:

not sure, what is now the real error ?

with mozilla, it is opening the "editrealtime" view totally normal. any ideas ?
