The second argument of the callback func should contain both the
query params and the body params.

This means given a request: POST /v3/api/test?name=a -d '{"num": 1}',
the create function should be called as:

create(#{id => <<"test">>},
        [{<<"name">>, <<"a">>}, {<<"num">>, 1}])
