Wt uses the bootstrap 3.3.7 which was released in 2016.
The latest bootstrap 3.x.x version is 3.4.1, which is backward compatible, and only introduces improvements to the classes without breaking the selectors.
Manually compared the changes between version 3.4.1 and the one within wt/resources/themes/bootstrap/3/. The 3.4.1 files only introduce gradual improvements and everything is backward compatible.
