Jute

Jute is a partial implementation of Hadoop's record serialization format.

Example (CoffeScript)

jute = require "hadoop-jute"

ExampleRecord = jute.RecordType "ExampleRecord",
  name: jute.types.ustring
  size: jute.types.long

record = new ExampleRecord
  name: "jute"
  size: 0xCAFEBABE
