Welcome to the documentation of nmdataparser.

nmdataparser is a Java library implementing a configurable parser for programmatic import of substance composition, characterisation, and assay data from spreadsheet documents into the eNanoMapper database.

A command-line tool, enmconvertor, is also provided.

Converting MSExcel spreadsheets requires a separate JSON configuration file. The configuration syntax is described in this wiki. Predefined JSON configuration files are available via the Template Wizard
