Push HTML, OpenAPI, HyperSchema, HAL... into seperate packages. Possibly also coreapi-cli.
Not part of REST framework, but worth tracking in the context of the upcoming 3.4.0 release.

Use entry_points in setup.py to provide a plugin API.
