System tray icon needs more contrast

I suggest that some of the background be white rather than transparent.

We’ll need to figure out how to set separate icons for light and dark mode on Mac. Per HUG, task tray icons should be monochrome. Keybase is doing a clever thing where it has color highlights as a pending messages indicator. We could do that when we have a notion of pending notifications.
