this package is all about generating the qrcode if i'm not mistaken. how do i read back the qrcode? is there any way to scan it back.

The QR codes are generated according to a widely accepted specification so they can be read by any QR code reader, like for instance https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.zxing.client.android.
