Having fun with metadocs.

I have an interesting use case where I want more of a hierarchy. For this reason and for integration with GitHub and GitLab, I wanted to let mkdocs.yml control name of the docs and site directories.

With GitLab, if the site_dir is "docs" I can use Pages. With GitLab, site_dir has to be "pages". Of course, if site_dir is "docs", the docs_dir has to be something else.
