This is a simple piece of code to ramp the parameter StarMakerMinimumMass smoothly up or down over time, which is useful in terms of controlling the number of star particles while also ensuring that the mass threshold is low enough at early times to allow star particles to form in smaller galaxies. The mass ramp can be done linearly or exponentially in time or redshift, and the user is forced to set all of the parameters in order for Enzo to continue running.
