chore: Rename ConfigMap from 'edp-config' to 'krci-config'

As part of our rebranding effort, the configmap currently named 'edp-config' needs to be renamed to 'krci-config'. This change must be reflected across all instances where it is referenced to ensure system integrity and functionality. This includes updates in both the KRCI Portal and the backend.

Acceptance Criteria

• The ConfigMap 'edp-config' is successfully renamed to 'krci-config'.
• All references to 'edp-config' in the KRCI Portal are updated to 'krci-config'.
• All references to 'edp-config' in the backend services are updated to 'krci-config'.
• The system is tested to ensure that it functions correctly with the new ConfigMap name.
