This pull request makes a small update to the pyproject.toml configuration file, lowering the minimum required Python version for the project from 3.12 to 3.11. This change allows the package to be installed and used in environments running Python 3.11.

Minor detail (assuming it doesn't impact the release process) - I suppose this is more a chore than a refactor/fix?
