Hello,
The existing package on NuGet.org was not compatible with Visual Studio 2015 UWP class libraries (which is basically the new portable class library). So, I made a NuGet packaging spec for UWP. I'm not sure what steps you go through to release this, so I tried to document how to make the UWP package thoroughly so that it's easy to bring into whatever existing release process you have. Thanks for a great library! It's really nice to have this ported from Java already and ready for immediate use.
