Added blather/client to the require collection, this way after doing …

…require 'blather' you get the setup/handle methods and Blather::Client

I left this out intentionally. If someone wants to use the stream parser and node classes they can do so without polluting the Kernel object with helper methods from Blather::Client. It’s setup so that you “require ‘blather/client’” to get the helpers or “require ‘blather’” to roll your own.
