Shell Sort: All complexities seem to be wrong

The time complexities for Shell Sort on bigocheatsheet.com are now nothing like the ones listed on the wikipedia page:

Incidentally, bigoref.com seems to have this mostly right, but not completely:

Most sorts algorithms are analysed on http://sortvis.org/ and http://sorting.at/; they could be used as reference ?
