I randomly encountered Kaplan-Meier and realized that's exactly what we need here

Estimator is trivial to implement, just had to change a few lines. The main benefit is the survival numbers never go up, which is somewhat confusing (see #25 etc)

I should re-run for all repos and update the README.md but will do later
