crypto: Build the cache of supported curves in the NIF at application…

Besides being faster, it will be a simple synchronisation if more than
one Erlang process tries to load crypto simultaneously.  The cache
will only be initialized once now and this is independent of how the
oading is initiated (application:start, call of a crypto function etc)
