I've taken the liberty of cherry-picking @reedr's logging-related commits to clean and document them.

The crashdump viewer should probably be updated to be able to cope with "Run queue" info.

There is also reedr/otp@c676de0, which I think should be its own branch as it is a new feature altogether (if it is a good thing at all, which I think it is given that warnings are already passed to the error logger).
