Whenever the active pane is in VIRTUAL mode and the passive pane in regular mode, a new option "(F)ile System of..." is now available that instructs Sunrise that the intended operation is a deep cloning that should preserve the directory structure dictated by the paths selected in the active pane.
Now both the pane cursor and the line highlight follow the mouse cursor whenever mouse movement is detected. This feature is enabled by default, but can be easily disabled by customizing the `sr-cursor-follows-mouse' custom variable.
