sr-dired-prev-subdir fails in first level of archive #17

I am using afvs for archive navigation with simple mountvfsd instead of the suggested configuration here, which fails with no permission error on Ubuntu. So may be that wiki page could be simplified.

Now the problem: Enter an archive, then press "^" (sr-dired-prev-subdir). I am getting an error

Setting current directory: no such file or directory, ~/.avfs/home/vitoshka/Downloads/PGM-Programming_Assignment_9.zip#/home/vitoshka/Downloads/

In deeper levels it works fine.

One more suggestion. It would be nice to have a meaningful default for sr-avfs-root instead of nil. "~/.avfs" is a default location in "mountavfs", so I think this is a natural default for sr-avfs-root also.
