Previously, the
beamfiles were stored in the repo in thetest/examples/directory amongexcode examples. This PR removes them and adds a script that compilesexfiles into thetest/examples/_builddirectory before the tests run. Files are compiled only if_builddir does not exist.All tests were adapted to the new way of managing beam files.
